A reconstruction project on Thomas Avenue in Durango is scheduled to begin Monday.
Construction includes new sidewalk, curb-and-gutter, storm-sewer improvements and a reconstructed asphalt surface. The project is expected to be complete by Nov. 25. It is being funded by the 2019 streets tax. The contractor is D&L construction.
