Three River Estates Senior Living and Memory Care in Farmington is supporting the local middle school woodshop class.
The materials and supplies left over from construction are being donated to Farmington’s Hermosa Middle School’s shop class, an idea presented to Three Rivers Estates by shop teacher Jeremy McDaniel. The community also donated $500 to support the school’s shop program and secured a discount for the school with Harbor Freight Tools to purchase other products, hardware or products the program may need.
Construction of the assisted living and memory care community started in late 2020. Completion is expected in spring 2022.
