Axis Health System has announced the addition of Taylor Gillis, a family medicine physician, and Ana Cecilia Siller, a family nurse practitioner, to the team at Durango Integrated Healthcare. They and Trevor Entzminger, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, are accepting new patients.
Gillis’ clinical expertise includes preventive care, chronic disease management, sports medicine and acute care. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV, where he was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
Siller’s practice is grounded in establishing trusting relationships by providing compassionate, whole-person health care. She began her nursing career at Anschutz Medical Center before transitioning to outpatient roles in pulmonology, breast cancer care, cardiology, psychiatry and family practice. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Boston College, her master’s degree in nursing at Johns Hopkins University, and a nurse practitioner degree at the University of Colorado College of Nursing in 2024. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Entzminger has experience treating individuals with anxiety disorders, depression and bipolar disorder. He utilizes evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, to help clients develop coping strategies and improve their overall well-being. His approach emphasizes collaboration within an integrated care model to provide comprehensive support to patients.
