Thrive! recognizes living wage employers

La Plata County Thrive! Living Wage Coalition announced new certified living wage employers July 30, including: Adaptive Sports Association; ASAP Accounting and Payroll; Durango School District 9-R; Early Childhood Council of La Plata County; First Southwest Bank; La Plata Family Medicine; La Plata County Government; Local First; Rivergate Pharmacy and Compounding Center; Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses; San Juan Hand Therapy; Santé Durango; and Ska Fabricating.

To qualify for the program, employers must pay La Plata County employees a living wage of at least $13.31 per hour or develop a plan to reach that goal and show progress.
