The La Plata County Fair has announced that tickets for the 2018 Demolition Derby will go on sale beginning Thursday, July 19. Tickets for the annual event, which pits local drivers in a spectacle of destruction, are $15 for all ages. Tickets will be available at the following locations beginning at 8 a.m. or at the time of the business opening:

The 2018 La Plata County Fair will be held Aug. 8-12 at the La Plata County Fairgrounds. Five days of fun will feature entertainment for the whole family including a rodeo, carnival, displays, livestock auction, dancing, food, and concert by Sundance Head on Friday night.
