I want to express my appreciation to the Herald editorial board for printing an opinion column that is proof positive that media bias is alive and well.
New York Times columnist Charles M. Blow wrote an interesting column in the April 27 edition on the subject of what it will take for Democrat nominees to get the black vote (“Winning the black vote: It helps to start by knowing African Americans are not one bloc”). Not once did he point out that one of the problems that they will have to overcome is the fact that under the Trump administration, black unemployment is at a 50-year low.
Couple that with rising wages and you have to wonder why Mr. Blow is so ignorant of the facts.
