Anne Alexander has formed the new title company Three Rivers Title Co. at 101 W. 11th St. Suite 105.
There will be an open house party at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 12. The Durango Chamber of Commerce will perform a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5:15 p.m. There will be drinks and appetizers.
