With school being out, we need some information about laws regarding kids having parties at their parents’ house when no adults are present.
At what age can kids stay home alone (including overnight)?
Is it wise to call the police on your own kids if they refuse to break up a party?
And what is the probable insurance liability if a child is injured when no adult is present?
I’m interested in what the law says and I imagine other parents, kids and grandparents are, too.
