Tom’s Deli opened Wednesday, Nov. 2, at 1802 Main Ave.
The shop was started by Thomas Gauthier, a 2019 graduate of Fort Lewis College. His head chef is Molly McPhersen, also a graduate of FLC.
Tom’s Deli will offer 12 sandwiches made on housemade bread, as well as grab-and-go salads, a choice of soup and fries.
