In regard to your top 10 stories of 2014 (Herald, Dec. 31), I have to wonder what the criteria is for rating these stories from 1-10? I have to assume you are rating these by the amount of devastating heartbreak, endless sorrow and too many tears to count. All stories rated involved death and tragedy.
As these families struggle through their first holiday season without their loved ones, you bring the horror of how they were taken from them to life and stab them in the heart. I hope that you review how you handle our small community tragedies and that we see some uplifting stories in your top 10 of 2015.
