The 2018 Tour de Farms van tour will be held from 8 a.m. to noon Aug. 18 and will visit four vegetable-growing locations in Bayfield.
The tour offers tips about starting or improving vegetable gardens, how to food grow food locally and more.
Participants will check in at 7:30 a.m. at Pine River Library, 395 Bayfield Center Drive, in Bayfield. The tour will visit: Homegrown Farm, 2930 County Road 526; De Goats N Sheep Ranch, 9397 County Road 502; All Seasons Farm, 4040 County Road 509; and Andrew Trujillo’s backyard garden.
Tickets are $25. Proceeds go to the Pine River Garden Club.
