This morning, Cory with Basin Towing & Repair towed our Ford Expedition to the dealer for repair. Our driveway is challenging, but he navigated it cleanly, with just inches to spare. The car was also in a difficult position, but it was no problem for Cory. He was punctual, proficient and professional, and we are fortunate to have him and his family-owned company part of our community.
He also mentioned that the young woman brutally killed Sunday night in Bayfield was his cousin. Yet just two days later, he was on the job, performing his work flawlessly. This takes a special kind of grit and grace that is often missing in today's world.
We honor Cory, and send his whole family our condolences and support as they begin to grieve their unimaginable loss.
