Downtown Bayfield is being swept, trimmed and decorated in preparation for next week's Fourth of July activities. Earlier this spring, John Oros of Bayfield Public Works repainted several downtown fire hydrants, including this firefighter-themed piece. There's also a spotted Dalmation and star-spangled versions. Daryl Aamot also helped with the paint projects.
