Durango radio station 99X is hosting its annual toy drive Saturday at Walmart.
Durango radio station 99X (99.7 FM) is hosting its “Stuff the Truck” fundraiser at noon Saturday at Walmart. The toy drive will benefit the La Plata Family Centers Coalition.
The station is teaming up with The Point (92.9 FM) and asking for donation of new toys to give to La Plata County families in needs this holiday season.
The fundraiser ends at 4 p.m.
Several local retailers are sponsoring the event, including Durango Motor Co., which will provide the trucks to fill with toys.
