Beginning Monday, drivers will see a change in the traffic pattern for travel through the construction zone on Camino del Rio near Town Plaza. Access to all businesses will be maintained during regular business hours.
The lane shifts are allowing for construction of water and sewer connections for the new hotel at 1111 Camino del Rio. The work is expected to continue through mid-January and includes day and nighttime work, with lane closures in place during the entirety of the project. Drivers are encouraged to use caution when driving in the area or avoid the construction area by using alternate routes such as Main Avenue, Roosa Avenue and East Third Avenue.
