An 18-wheel tractor-trailer clipped a street corner and took out a traffic signal Thursday at College Drive and Main Avenue in Durango.

"I was still up on the ladder...he was yelling," Klein said. "I guess the guy [driver] didn't hear." A passer by talks to Maez before he was taken to the hospital.
