Trump has been preparing his base for an attempt to impeach him almost since the beginning of his administration. If it happens, his supporters will believe anything he says.

I believe Donald Trump will do anything to protect himself, no matter what that may do to the country. Donald Trump cares only about Donald Trump.

We may soon have an opportunity to observe the ethical standards of U.S. Senators. More importantly, we may see our country damaged badly by the machinations of a ruthless egomaniac.
