To everyone, including Republicans, Democrats and Independents, who have criticized President Trump’s use of Twitter, let us remember that one of the most-mentioned complaints about our presidents in the past 50 years has been that they seemed to be “out of touch” with average citizens after they take up residence in Washington, D.C.
The current administration is absolutely the most transparent of any in memory. Like the president or not, he broadcasts his opinion on every subject many times a day.
He does not rely on the sometimes-biased media to filter his thoughts, but uses this technology to communicate with us, the voters.
