Tubman, Madison portrayals coming to AHS

Animas High School will feature Colorado Arts and Humanities Council Chautauqua Program speaker Bill Worley as fourth president and Federalist Papers author James Madison at 10:10 a.m. Tuesday in the AHS Commons.

Becky Stone will also perform as Civil War heroine Harriet Tubman, who helped abolish slavery, at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 21 in the AHS Commons. Stone’s presentation will be followed by the Osprey Student Activity Fair at 2:45 p.m.
