Turtle Lake Refuge will hold a Halloween lunch party from 11:11 a.m. to 2:22 p.m. Tuesday at the Turtle Lake Refuge Café, 848 East Third Ave.
The event will be held on the back patio, and feature a wild-and-scary, but delicious local-foods lunch, bubbling brew, mysterious stew, face painting and more. Those who attend are encouraged to wear costumes.
