Two Durango furniture stores, Ashley HomeStore at 835 Main Ave., and Willis Furniture, 1474 Main Ave., have combined.

Ashley HomeStore will now be called the Durango Furniture & Mattress Downtown Showroom and Willis Furniture will now be called Durango Furniture & Mattress Midtown Clearance Center.

The Downtown Showroom will focus on the latest styles from several companies including Coaster, Sierra Sleep, Simmons and more. The showroom will be closed from Aug. 30 to Sept. 8 to bring in new product and to enhance the showroom. Staff will be available to handle phone inquiries.

The Midtown Clearance Center will focus on a mix of both new and previously owned items at bargain prices. The Midtown Clearance Center will remain open during the transition.
