U.S. Best-selling books for June 18

Khaled Hosseini’s And the Mountains Echoed is at or near the top of most national best-seller lists this week. Hosseini is comfortable as a chart-topper; his debut novel The Kite Runner and its follow-up A Thousand Splendid Suns have sold a combined 38 million copies.
