Our family would like to thank the entire staff of the Boys & Girls Club of La Plata County for being so awesome. We also would like to share with everyone what a blessing the Boys & Girls Club of La Plata County has been to our family. Our son, Aidan, has attended the Boys & Girls Club for a few years now at the Durango main site and Bayfield site and has loved every second of it.
The activities the staff has in store for the kids every day is fun, challenging and educational. The program’s content is appealing to kids of all ages. Our son Aidan, 15 years old, has always come home excited about all the stuff they do every day. His sister, Jeanette Ulshafer, 9 years old, was so interested she joined ASAP when the Club unveiled they were coming to Bayfield Intermediate for Fridays during the school year.
Both kids attend the new summer program in Bayfield and love it. The Boy & Girls Club has really stepped up to reach out to all of our community by opening several sites in various parts of La Plata County. If you want a safe and really fun place for your children to go for the summer or anytime, look no further than our local clubs. Thank you all again for everything you do every day to provide this experience and care for our children. This experience has meant the world to both our kids and the Ulshafer family as a whole.
