Eva-Lou Edwards won every high school race she entered in 2013, and that earned the Bayfield Wolverines’ star the CHSAA Class 3A Runner of the Year title and a spot on the Class 3A All-State roster.

She won every high school race she entered and was named the Colorado High School Activities Association Class 3A Cross Country Runner of the Year, CHSAA announced Thursday.
She won the Class 3A state championship for the second consecutive year and also was named to the Class 3A all-state team.
Edwards finished the state championship 5-kilometer race in 18 minutes, 41.6 seconds, nearly 90 seconds ahead of her closest competitor.
