A presentation and discussion about transgender identity, “an introduction to transgender people, their lives and issues,” will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Durango, 419 San Juan Drive.

Adrien Lawyer, Transgender Resource Center of New Mexico co-director, will be guest speaker and lead a discussion.

Educators, medical and behavioral health providers, social services providers, and all who are interested are encouraged to attend. Light snacks will be provided.
