Unitarian Church to show ‘Equal Means Equal’ documentary

A film screening of the 2016 documentary “Equal Means Equal” will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Durango, 419 San Juan Drive.

The film examines the status of women in the United States and how they are treated and advocates for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment to allow constitutional protection for women.

The event is free and open to the public.
