I would offer the following as a solution to the future use of Nighthorse Reservoir and Durango’s dilemma for future sewage treatment.
Since it is apparent that there will be no receational use of the reservoir in the foreseeable future, it should make a very satisfactory repository for the waste from bikers, skiers, runners, environmentalists and assorted yuppies for years to come. It is very adequately fenced to prevent any danger to the taxpayers who financed it. Might as well put the option on the ballot so we can vote on it for the next 30 years.
