Veterans for Veterans of Archuleta County will host a fundraiser event in honor of veterans at 6 p.m. Jan. 11 at Best Western Lodge across from Walmart in Pagosa Springs.
The event will celebrate “Love around the World” with Capt. John Barry. He will give a slide presentation and share stories from his sailing trip around the world.
Appetizers will be available from local restaurants. A live and silent auction and a cash bar will also be available. Donations for the auctions are now being accepted.
Tickets are $20 at the door and children 5 and younger are free.
