The Durango Area Tourism Office Board of Directors is accepting applications to fill two vacancies.
The board is looking for people interested in representing the Small Lodging Properties and Art Galleries and Cultural Attractions segments of the Durango/La Plata County tourism industry.
Applicants interested in representing the Small Lodging Properties vacancy must be employed by, or own, a small lodging property in Durango or La Plata County.
People interested in Art Galleries and Cultural Attractions vacancy must be an active participant, employee or owner in local arts, museums or cultural attractions with operations based in Durango or La Plata County.
The role of board members is to provide strategic tourism insight, guidance and support to the organization, as well as promote overall tourism in the Durango area.
