Trails 2000 is seeking help with trail work from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on Mike’s Trail in the Horse Gulch area.
The Horse Gulch trailhead is located off East Eighth Avenue at the east end of Third Street. Volunteers should meet near the top of Mike’s Trail, which is a distance from the trailhead, so participants should plan accordingly.
Volunteers should wear closed-toe shoes or boots, pants and a sun hat, and bring sunscreen, a water bottle and rain jacket. Trails 2000 will provide tools, instruction, water and snacks. No experience is necessary.
