In observance of National Public Lands Day, a stewardship work project will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Sept. 30 at Overend Mountain Park.
Volunteers will meet at the Montview Trailhead, at the west end of Montview Parkway, to conduct a series of projects to improve the park.
Participants should bring sturdy shoes, gloves, water and snacks.
