Trails 2000 staff and volunteers will conduct trail-work from 4 to 7 p.m. Aug. 30 at Horse Gulch.
Crews will meet at the Horse Gulch trailhead, located at the end of Third Street east of Eighth Avenue, and hike or bike to the work site.
No experience is necessary. Volunteers should bring a water bottle and rain jacket, and wear appropriate footwear, long pants, sun hat and sunscreen. Trails 2000 will provide tools, gloves, instruction, water and snacks.
