If you have not yet voted in the La Plata Election Association election, please do. Ballots must be dropped off by Wednesday, June 7. Every vote matters and these elections often come down to just a few votes. Such a small percentage of people vote in this important election.
If you are in District 4, please consider a vote for David Luschen. I know David and he is a collaborator. His opponent has shown himself to be combative and difficult to work with. If there is one thing I know from my term serving on LPEA’s board in the past, as well as numerous other boards, it’s the importance of being able to get along with others. David has decades of experience in utilities as well, which makes him an even more valuable addition to the board.
Many LPEA elections come down to a couple of dozen votes – I know mine did. Please, fill out your ballot, drop it off today, and have your voice heard.
