It’s one thing for climate change to kill fellow citizens on our storm-battered coasts and in the wildfire-ravaged West. But now, coal-fired power plants and auto emissions threaten to kill our beer supply. Enough, already!
Recent reports by the publications Nature Plants and Yale Climate Connections warn that the increased frequency of extreme heat and drought associated with climate change pose threats to the cultivation of barley and hops. Pricier beer! Then, maybe, no beer.
Do you like beer like Judge Kavanaugh? Let the deniers know and vote for legislators that will take a stand for our suds and won’t give coal companies and auto-makers a pass on CO2 emissions.
