I recently learned that a long-time colleague of mine, Sean Waddell, is running for the Durango City Council. I feel compelled to send you this letter in strong support of Sean’s run for this important position.
While I am not a Durango resident, I am a fifth-generation Colorado native with deep roots and love for the state. Sean and I worked together for more than 15 years in a complimentary capacity with several major financial services firms. I feel that Sean will be a great asset to your wonderful city in that role.
He is, by far, one of the most driven, purposeful people I have worked with. He has a talent for seeing the importance within facts, and driving toward a meaningful result – all done with amazing conviction.
I am convinced that he would approach this role with deep seriousness, always considering the best, near- and long-term, outcome for the lasting favor of Durango.
