San Juan Basin Public Health has opened the proposed 2018 on-site wastewater treatment system regulations for public comment through Oct. 10.

The Board of Health will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed regulations at 9 a.m. Oct. 26, at the Archuleta County building, 398 Lewis St., in Pagosa Springs.
