I heard a comment that Trump and MAGA are the new normal. In every way, 100%, no. I aim to defy them at every step. The corporate media equivocate and normalize, a monstrous disloyalty to everyone. We must defy this sellout. We must speak out to defy the corruption and sociopathic Project 2025 and Trump. He is an adjudicated rapist, self-confessed sexual abuser, a lying and cheating businessman, a convicted and unrepentant felon, a cowardly bully. He epitomizes a revolting false masculinity, is a traitor to our national security, a racist and sordid bigot, and everyone he touches becomes corrupt.
We absolutely must not normalize any of this behavior. His cronies can try, his cult can scream, his followers can spew vitriol, but we persistently defy. We hold to our hearts and what is right, lawful and just. We do not sell ourselves out. We do not weaken by giving in even an inch. We defy them in the courts, on the streets, in the boardrooms, in the papers, on social media and in every conversation. We may get tired and disheartened, and we may take a break to recharge. But we will never give up on what is good and true and beautiful. It is how we will stand and walk. We will see and hear clearly. We will move and hold the center within the billowing stench of Trump corruption. And we will never be confused or seduced by their greedy, grubby hands and words. We defy.
