Our community is so lucky to have Rachel Landis running for the La Plata Electric Association Board of Directors.
Rachel is the director of the Environmental Center at Fort Lewis College where she inspires future leaders to make the change they want to see in the world. This type of leadership is exactly what we need on the LPEA board.
It is not widely known, but our LPEA board is does not function as well as the rate payers deserve. Rachel will bring her incredible energy and her thoughtful leadership to the board. She will bring the board members together to make sure that our LPEA board is living up it is full potential.
I am lucky to work with Rachel at Fort Lewis and I know the rate payers of the city will be lucky to have her representing us on the board.
