A welder secures connections Monday afternoon on the new building for Pediatric Partners of the Southwest. The location, 270 East Eighth Ave., is near the Horse Gulch trailhead. The former home of Building Specialties is being remodeled, and a brand-new second building is being erected. The complex is expected to be completed in the spring of 2014, and Mercy Family Medicine will also move in.
