West 4th Avenue was closed Tuesday morning for a sewer line repair.
A private contractor was replacing a sewer line to a home and it was not affecting the city’s system, said Steve Salka, utilities director.
It was a planned repair, he said.
The road was expected to reopen by 4 p.m. Tuesday, he said.
