Both lanes of traffic in the 2100 block of West Third Avenue will be closed through Friday while subcontractor S&S Construction installs a fire-suppression sprinkler-pipeline at the Tercero Townhouse units, 2121 West Third Ave.
A detour to West Second Avenue will be in place until work is completed.
The new pipeline will connect to the city water main on West Third Avenue.
