The What a Girl Wants expo will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 10 at the La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Ave.
The expo will feature gifts, recreation, wellness, beauty, career and home interests. A cocktail competition with local women bartenders will take place from noon to 3:30 p.m. during the event.
Wristband admission for the competition is $15 and benefits the Women’s Resource Center. General Admission is $5, with children 12 and younger free.
