“Smith’s wife, Veronica Smith, told Judge Herringer her husband suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder from his previous interactions with police and, when he saw a sheriff’s deputy chasing him, fled for fear of going back to prison.”
Am I dreaming here? Smith’s PTSD is from previous police contact?
