When can the wheels come off?

Jeff May makes his way up La Posta Road (County Road 213) as he gets in 15 miles of Nordic training on Monday. The wheels may be able to come off the skis for Nordic training on Tuesday as the National Weather Service is calling for a 50 percent chance of rain turning to snow with the chance of snow jumping to 60 percent at night.
