On Jan. 15, I read the article “Visit Durango adds 6 new board members,” and I cringed.
I know that tourism helps many of our local businesses, but when is enough, enough?
My business and I’m sure many others in town do not benefit from an increase in tourism.
In my opinion, the continued increase is slowly destroying the things many of us love or loved about our little town.
I wonder how many people feel the way I do. We never seem to hear from them.
