I am horrified by what is happening in a major city in the United States. I am ashamed to be an American. And I am afraid for all of us, because if murder and mayhem can happen to one of us, it can happen to all of us.
ICE members have been given total power to do as they please. Now they can enter a home without having a warrant. They can arrest a man and seize his 5-year-old child. And the cowards wear masks.
Border Patrol immigration agents repeatedly shot and murdered a man who was on the ground and being subdued and beaten by seven of them. He was just trying to help a woman they threw down. He put up one hand against pepper spray. His other hand was clearly holding his cellphone. And then there were 10 shots. TEN!
Please watch the many videos of this shooting and decide for yourself what was done. If the videos are not on Newsmax, then look elsewhere. Almost every other news source has them.
What will it take for MAGA supporters to realize what is happening to our democracy, our government, our country? When will our president’s rambling and changing plans give them pause? This is the president who had the audacity to say that he doesn’t have to pursue peace because he wasn’t given the Nobel Peace Prize.
Reconsider your support for Trump. It’s not too late.
