The point is, math is infallible. It is humans who are corrupt when left alone to make decisions by themselves unchecked. Math, when it is in the open and checked by everyone, becomes transparent, which keeps us from our own worst selves. That is why bitcoin is not just private money; it is an entire platform that can change all human interaction, so each person’s anonymity is protected, and all actions are transparent at the same time. It might sound a little like a paradox, but it quite simply isn’t. The math checks the interactions, whether it be money lending, property ownership or dispute resolution.
This truly is a revolutionary invention – a cross-checking of facts in a manner humans won’t be able to manipulate to their own benefit. It will even replace law. When you take the human element out of fact checking, humans can then flourish. All banks, governments, institutions and central authorities are dead – they just don’t know it yet. The invention and idea is here regardless of whether or not bitcoin stays.
