Thank you to all the agencies that coordinated the response to the Blue Ridge Fire in Forest Lakes. As a resident, I am grateful for the rapidity and intensity of those called to action.
While we were evacuating away from harm, brave firefighters rushed to the danger. Personnel at the evacuation site were kind and reassuring.
To the residents, I think our preparedness and practice drills paid off. Appreciation to all, words fail.
