One would have thought that all of our law and order advocates would be making a big stink about the release of the Jan. 6 criminals, but we see nothing from Durango or La Plata County.
If our judicial system and lawyers don't care about the justice system – trials and judgments that takes criminals off the street – why should any of us?
Why should we abide by laws and show up for jury duty?
J Michael Luttig, a former GOP judge and constitution expert, calls it out well – our Federalist Society lawyers, judges and justices are not living up to their oaths to support the Constitution.
With SCOTUS accepting bribes, Roberts calling them tips, and Leonard Leo keeping the Federalist Society fraternity in line, there will be an increase in corruption and crime.
I am disappointed in my police, lawyers and court employees.
