We enjoyed a picnic lunch with friends at Santa Rita Park on July 4.
The park was really busy with holiday activities. For several hours, we watched people coming up to the restrooms only to find them locked. We had to load up some of our group and head to Walmart to use their facilities. Who knows where others relieved themselves?
Could someone from the city parks department give a reason for the restrooms being closed on a high-traffic day, or any other day for that matter?
